3.1        The Committee noted the papers.

 

4.Motion under Standing Order 17.42(vi) to exclude the public from the meeting for Item 5

4.1 The Committee agreed the motion to exclude the public from the meeting to consider its draft report into venous thromboembolism prevention in hospitalised patients in Wales.

 

5. One-day inquiry into venous thrombo-embolism prevention in hospitalised patients in Wales - Consideration of draft report

5.1        The Committee considered the draft report.

 

5.2 The Committee adjourned between 10:30 – 11:05.

 

2. Scrutiny of the Deputy Minister for Children and Social Services

2.1 The Deputy Minister responded to questions from members of the Committee.

 

2.2 The Deputy Minister agreed to share with the Committee a card developed in conjunction with the Alzheimer’s Society for use by people with dementia.

 

2.3 The Deputy Minister agreed to write to the Committee with information on the progress made since the appointment of the Autism Employment Ambassador for Wales.
